  1. thank u thank u thank u!!!

i thought i was the only one having a problem with the new speaker position. i would have bought it if they had not changed it this way. feels wrong to support a backstep after loving the m7. it would have been so close to perfect 🙁

  2. Well I listen to Pandora through my Sony earbuds at work on Saturday and Fridays so sound is more preferable to picture, yet Android is a must have. I was with Ntelos and well that was sold to Sprint. They tell me that due to towers being brought down, I have to switch to an HTC 10. I currently have a Galaxy S5. I love the shit out of my S5 and love that it is waterproof. But the switch is free and I get to keep it as though I paid off my Galaxy. Nice sense there is only 5 months left of my contract. I just hope that the HTC 10 is justa s good, if not better than my Galaxy. I am spending my last month with it now. 🙁

  3. Not sure why "an aluminium unibody" is plugged as a plus? HTC have been losing their way for awhile. I've had a Wildfire and One M8, both had cameras that arent responsive. (Slow to focus) The Wildfire was great due to a rubber body, and a battery you could remove, so you reset the phone easily. With a shiny body, these larger phones are gonna slip through your fingers and I think the manufacturer knows this… (This reviewer even shows how thats happened with his HTC 10). The later phones have no removable battery, so you cant reset. Plus side, these are solid, fast phones with good call quality. I'd like to support HTC , but they aint listening to their customers… So, that's why their phones aint selling, folks.

  4. I really loved this phone and wanted to buy it asap when I saw your review. But when I went to shop and saw that it was priced same as Galaxy S7 Edge, which has better resell value and reliability, I had no choice but to get the S7 Edge.

  5. I subbed just because you are a genius who has a trek communicator and made me laugh out loud with the "other devices" moment.
keep up the entertaining great work, reviews this good are a rarity. humor goes a long way and was perfectly used.

  6. "hell of a warranty"? HTC just told me to get bent when i sent them my 10 that overheated while charging, resulting in a color bloom in the screen.

I fully intend on replacing the screen myself and carefully observing the battery for any deformation.

  7. A simply fantastic review of this android phone I love that you did something exceptionally well that other youtubers have failed to capitalize on and it's the way you compared it to other smartphones in a brief but efficient way around this time frame 6:00 to the end of the video good job Michael fisher I love your videos they are simply a fantastic result of your hard work and effort

  8. Why is the HTC 9 so hated? I bought it recently for 255 EUR (around 265$) and it works so damn well. Battery, camera, performance, everything. Photos come out great and there's that very nice RAW shoot mode where you get a damn manual focus, I was looking for that in a phone for years!

  9. I think it's a pretty great phone. I just picked one up for my wife on Black Friday, it's her fourth HTC (Evo 4G, Evo 4G LTE, One M8 Harman-Kardon). So far so good! I had a One M7 myself, HTC does a really great job, but indeed have always been understated. Nice review, Michael!

  10. I'm STILL liking my HTC M10!

I had the M One 8 and upgraded. AT&T did not carry the HTC 10; so I git it unlocked and added SIM card. This a terribly underrated phone that in my opinion is 10xs better than the Galaxy 7/7 Edge.

HTC missed the mark, and should have capitalized it's marketing when the Samsung Note 7 battery issues became really bad.

I use the multiple wallpapers with different pics of my wife. I also use the time-based wallpaper as well…

The Google based UI is very nice and simple, Google Photos is very easy to use and archive cloud based space leaving room on the device. Boombox sounds great. The memory swap / merge makes moving apps to the microSD card. I have a 256 and still have plenty of space. I plan to go up to 1TB microSD in the future.

Camera features are just as good as other phones: It annoys me when people / reviewers judge a phone's attributes too much on camera quality. . .if the pics are fairly decent, what's the problem??

The biggest plus is when I got Android 7.0 Nougat over Winter Break. The HTC 10 flies so fast!! NO lagging at all. Most of the apps work SO well with 7.0.

Do yourself a favor: GET THE HTC 10!!

  11. htc10 vs lg g5 vs Xperia X Performance vs Axon 7
Im taking photos everytime so i need a good camera (Main and Selfie) Htc 10 looks great but the dual cameras on the G5 look more funnier and the G5 has Ir blaster.

pd sorry for my english :p

  12. I need some advice. I'm debating on whether I should get the HTC 10 or the Google Pixel.

I want to get an HTC 10 because of the expandable storage compared to the Google Pixel. The reason why I don't want to get the HTC 10 cuz it's an "old phone" and I feel like it'll perform slower due to the software updates and such.

I want to get the Google Pixel since every phone reviewer claims it to be the smoothest android phone there is in the market. My thing is that it doesn't have expandable storage. Personally I don't care that these phones don't have wireless charging or water resistant. I just want to have expandable storage because I listen to a lot of music and take a lot of photos. Thanks.

  13. I am looking for a new phone to take me into the new year. I am sick to death with Samsung Galaxy It is slow and feels old now well I guess mine is old now. But my brother ( a none never use mobile phone of any kind ) came over Christmas and has now got his first ever phone. It was not a HTC or Samsung Galaxy but I liked it. It looked like it hard very few pre-installed apps one thing I really like. Leaving room for apps he may want. Did I hear you say 116 apps is that pre-installed apps that sounds like a lot of apps and most likely like the galaxy s4 leaves little to no space for apps I want. I find most of these pre-installed apps are apps I don't use And does it have back and front camera ? but its the apps I am thinking may not be the phone for me. But still looking
